The price includes:

Stay in the selected apartment or cottage based on a minimum rental of two nights.

The price does not include:

Tourist tax, which amounts to 160 dinars per person per day for adults, 100 dinars per person per day for children aged 7 to 15. Children under 7 years old are exempt.

Notes:

Prices are expressed in euros per night.
Check-in time for the apartment: from 12:00 PM
Check-out time from the apartment: by 10:00 AM

Kućni red

Accommodation services require an advance payment of 50%, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon check-in.
Payment is made in the dinar equivalent at the National Bank’s buying rate on the day of payment.
Rental of accommodation units is calculated per night, from 12:00 PM on the first day to 10:00 AM on the second day. Staying in the apartment or cottage after 10:00 AM incurs an additional day’s payment.
Any unregistered person found in the apartment or cottage will be reported to the relevant authorities. The use of the apartment or cottage is allowed only for guests registered during check-in.
Cancellation of apartment rental must be reported 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the advance payment.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments!
Guests are responsible for their valuables and money. Villa Milica does not assume any responsibility for lost items or valuables. It is prohibited to bring flammable and explosive items, as well as materials and items with a strong and unpleasant odor.
Guests must respect the daytime rest period from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and the nighttime rest period from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The guest is obligated to compensate Villa Milica for any damage caused to its property, installations, appliances, or furniture.
Small pets (dogs and cats) up to 8 kilograms are allowed, with one pet per accommodation unit.
The pet must be chipped and regularly vaccinated (passport required).
In case of damage caused by the pet, the owner is obliged to compensate for it.
If the presence of a pet disrupts the house rules, “Vila Milica” reserves the right to remove the guest and the pet if necessary.
