The cottage consists of three levels. On the first level, there is a living room with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy mulled wine. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the second level, there are two bedrooms and a toilet. The third level is a large bedroom that includes a double bed, two sofa beds, a bunk bed, and four single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for 10 adults and 2 children. The cottage is fully equipped to create a homely atmosphere during your stay. Enjoy privacy thanks to separate bedrooms, a true sanctuary after a day on the slopes or exploring the natural beauty of Kopaonik. If you seek relaxation with friends or family, the spacious living room with a fireplace, a comfortable pull-out sofa, armchairs, and a small table offers comfort and the perfect place to socialize or watch your favorite movies.

Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals throughout your stay. With all the necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils, you’ll feel right at home. Whether you want a quick breakfast before skiing or plan a dinner for the whole group, our kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures. The cottage has two bathrooms, a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin on the first floor and a small toilet on the second floor, providing additional privacy and comfort.

To maintain the ideal temperature in the cottage during your stay, the cottage has two heating methods: wood heating thanks to the fireplace and electric heating with heaters in all rooms. This gives you complete control over the temperature throughout the house, adjusting it to your personal preferences and ensuring warmth whenever you need it.
